The 2013 Long Vacation Is Finally Here

The Vice Principal (Academic) Mr. S.O.Kazeem
The 2012/13 Academic Session has finally come to an end with the schools in Lagos State going on vacation on Friday July 26th, 2013.

Falomo Senior High School students were advised by the Vice Principal (Academic),Mr. S.O.Kazeem at the end-of-term Special Assembly session held at the school.

The V.P. in his advice admonished the students to maximize the special opportunity provided by the holiday period to develop some skills that would be of benefit to them in the nearest future. He added that "Eight weeks should be enough for a serious person to learn a new skill that would be of use to him/her in the future."

Mr. Kazeem went on to point the attention of students to such skills as Barbing, Fashion Design, Shoe-Making,Computer Repair and Website Designing, Desktop Publishing, Cake Making, Beads Making etc.

The V.P. remarked that these are the type of skills that the students could still use in their lives when they eventually gained admission into the university and cash seemed to be somehow difficult to come by.

He finally reported that the students should report back to school for the collection of their reports on  Friday August 16th, 2013.Every student should come to the school in their school uniforms,he warned.
